Sending flowers to Boynton
Boynton sits on the prairie in the southwest part of Muskogee County, along US 62. The town was built after the Frisco railroad arrived in 1903 and was named for E. W. Boynton, a railroad engineer. Oil in the 1920s brought a boom, and like many prairie towns it is much quieter now.
Families in Boynton often have ties to Muskogee, Okmulgee and Haskell. When you send flowers there, give the full address and a phone number for the person receiving them. Ask the florist whether delivery to Boynton is available, and what it costs.
If the flowers are for a funeral, the service may be in Boynton, Muskogee or another nearby town. Check the obituary for the location. Our funeral home delivery page explains what to have ready.
