What works for residents
Muskogee has several nursing homes, assisted living and senior apartment communities. We do not name them here, since we are not connected with any of them, but local florists deliver to them often and you can simply tell the florist where your loved one lives.
Rooms in senior living are usually small, and shared tables fill up fast. A compact arrangement in a sturdy container is easier for staff and residents than a tall vase. Some communities limit certain plants or ask for flowers without strong scent. A quick call to the front desk can answer that.
Flowers mean even more when they come with a visit or a phone call. Families often send something for birthdays, Mother's Day, Grandparents Day or just because it has been a while.
