Downtown has its own rhythm
Downtown Muskogee grew up along the railroad and the old Texas Road, which became Cherokee Street. Today it is a mix of law and government offices around the county courthouse, banks, shops, restaurants and a growing number of apartments above storefronts.
Office deliveries downtown are common for birthdays, promotions, Administrative Professionals Day and sympathy for a coworker. Give the florist the business name, the street address, the suite or floor and the person's name. A lot of downtown buildings share entrances.
Visitors downtown often stop at the Three Rivers Museum (opens in a new tab), which tells the story of the area where the Arkansas, Verdigris and Grand rivers meet. If you have family in town for a wedding or service, it is worth a visit.
