Father's Day

Father's Day plants and gifts for Dad

Father's Day is the third Sunday in June. A plant, a succulent or a bold arrangement can be a good fit for a dad who does not do flowers.

Muskogee Flowers is a free referral line. Your order is taken, arranged and delivered by an independent local florist.

Something Dad will actually keep

Plenty of dads say they do not want flowers, then keep the plant on the porch for ten years. A sturdy plant, a succulent or a small tree in a pot can be a better fit than a vase of roses.

If he is a gardener, ask the florist about plants he could put in the ground. If he works long days, a low-maintenance desk plant fits. If he likes bold colors, sunflowers are a strong choice in June.

For a dad who has passed, many families bring flowers to the cemetery on Father's Day. See our cemetery flowers page.
