Sending flowers to Hulbert
Hulbert is a small town in western Cherokee County on Highway 51, between Wagoner and Tahlequah and near Fort Gibson Lake. It started around a store and grist mill built in 1890 and moved to its current site when the railroad came through.
The town is in the Cherokee Nation, and many families have deep roots in the area. If you are sending flowers for a Cherokee family event, the Cherokee Nation website (opens in a new tab) is a good source on the tribe's history and programs.
Hulbert is about a 35 to 40 minute drive from Muskogee, so delivery may or may not be available. Call and ask the florist. Have the full address and a phone number for the recipient ready.
